Welcome to Strickland Technologies & Special Services, Inc. Our company was born on the 20th of August 2009. Although we are a brand new company, our people have many years of work experience and many degrees.
STSS is in business to serve a higher purpose. STSS exists by the grace and through the oversight of God. Everything we do is to bring honor to Him and to avoid bringing discredit on Him. Our clients will be treated the same way that we wished to be treated. We are serious about their business.
STSS has three major areas: the Computer Technologies and Related Services area, the Logistic Support Service area, and the Special Services area. In all areas, we provide first class service. See our capability statement.
We seek out and employ individuals who are members of groups that traditionally have had difficulties being hired. We believe such people have much to contribute to any project.
It looks like God has opened new doors. We have found that older persons--experienced young people--are not comfortable with the Geek Squadron or with other young computer repair people. They are more comfortable with someone closer to their age. Also, they are interested in continuing to use their older computers, but they are not interested in paying an inspection fee that ranges from $75 and higher.
So to test the waters, we will try this. During this trial period, we won't charge if we are not able to fix your problem. We will try to solve the problem without the need for you to spend money for parts. We will let you know of the options--this might include installing a Linux operating system in order to bring back to life a dead computer. During this trial period, we will try to find a good price structure that you are comfortable with and yet lets us pay our bills and our people. Once we are through this trial period, then we will publish our "menu" of services and prices.
Give a call. If we are not successful, it won't cost you a dime. If we are successful to some degree, then we will work out a charge that you will be happy with.
