We are a young company (born on the 20th of August 2009), but we are staffed with individuals with deep experience and advanced degrees—Nearly all have graduate degrees and 20% have their PhD degrees. Meet some of the key players.
Dr. Strickland earned his PhD in computer science from Auburn University. He studied cyber security, information assurance, and other topics. His dissertation explored merging frequency management with sensor networks. He served 21 years in Air Force communications with assignments in the Azores, Korea, Washington DC, and Texas. He has 14 non-civil service federal years in Civil Air Patrol communications. In addition, he has an active security clearance. He has taught business and computer college courses since the late 1970s. He has used web based educational packages such as WebCT, Blackboard, and eCompanion. Besides the Ph.D., he has 6 other degrees: 2 masters (Business and MIS), 2 bachelors (computer science and religion), and 2 associates (general education and communications technology). He has presented at local, regional, and international level conferences. He has served as an acting chair at two international level conferences. He has published several papers and one book. Mr. King is the chief financial officer. He has a MBA with a dual concentration in accounting and in management from Rollins College’s Crummer Graduate School and a BS in accounting from the University of Florida. He was a personnel expert in the Army. He was a business owner for six years and he has many years of experience in corporation environments. Dr. Liu is the vice-president of operational and management analysis. He earned his PhD in industrial engineering from Auburn University, a Master degree in industrial and systems engineering from Auburn University, a Master degree in management from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing China, and a Bachelor degree in mathematics from Nanchang University, Nachang China. He has combined his education with real world experience in both Chinese and American companies. He worked as an assistant engineer in Jiangling Auto Company, as an investment analyst in Shanghai, as an operations research analyst in Norfolk Southern Corporation, and as a buyer in Hoerbiger Automotive Comfort Company. Dr. Liu's research interests include intelligence optimization, statistical analysis and simulation modeling (Flexism and Arena). His strong skill is analyzing complex problems. He is at the cutting edge of Business Intelligence (BI) and he is ready to help organizations of any size with their predictive analytic needs. E-mail address is hliu@stssinc.biz.
Ms Chen is currently a student at Auburn University where she is working on her Ph.D. When she graduates, she has a position waiting for her at STSS, Inc.
She has eclectic interests. Her studies have been in chemistry, but she is an excellent cook and she enjoys preparing authentic Chinese dishes. She could consult on bio-fuel research and she could provide a catering service where she could teach about Chinese food, about how to prepare Chinese food, about the place of food in the Chinese culture, and about how business and relationships are done over meals. So she is more than just an Event Coordinator.
Ms Hunt is familiar with school libraries and how technology has changed things. She has been teaching experienced librarians how to use technology to support the educational process. She has transformed her own school library into an exciting and an inviting place for the students. She is a part time employee, but will come on board when the time is right in her life.
We have others who work on a temporary bases. Some of these are looking forward to coming on board either part time or full time.

We are always looking for good people. We have a special passion for those individuals who come groups that traditionally have a hard time landing a job. If you have some interesting skills and you have had a hard time landing interviews, contact us.
As our company grow, we will need new skills. For example, we do not have a human resource manager. But as we grow the CFO will not be able to handle this area for us.
We do have some skills, but as we grow we may need more individuals to help us with federal projects and with other projects.
We see ourselves as employees of God. He is the boss and He is present in everything we do. This company was formed by His leading and we do not wish to ever forget that.
We will treat each other and our clients with the highest respect. We will do our best for God and for our clients.
We look to see what skills a person has. If it is possible, we try to market those skills. That is how we have grown.
